The release of our 2019 “Affection Connection” Sauvignon blanc is an extremely exciting moment for us as it's the first white wine we’ve ever produced. This is bright, vibrant, mouth-wateringly delicious stuff, conveyed with a sense of seriousness and gravitas that we’ve only ever experienced in vastly more expensive bottlings.
Its complex aromas and flavors are in perfect harmony, with a lively core of fresh lemons, lemon zest, and delicate citrus blossoms that expands to offer ethereal hints of white flowers, white peaches, fresh nectarines, barely-ripe apricots, and an elegant flourish of sophisticated oak spice. The finish here is beautifully refined and precise and delicious, with brilliant energy and an exquisite, fascinating minerality reminiscent of crushed rocks.
